Sample Management
Online sample requests, sample acceptance, unique sample IDs, barcode-based tracking and end-to-end sample status.
Digitize the CETP from sample request to final report.
RNI CETP combines a CETP-focused LIMS with transport, laboratory, reporting and management workflows—creating one digital information layer across industrial effluent operations.

The CETP presentation identifies manual data handling, delayed reporting, compliance risks, lack of real-time visibility and data inconsistency as key challenges. RNI CETP addresses these through centralized sample management, transport workflows, automated reporting, dashboards, alerts and audit trails.
The physical treatment plant continues to perform the treatment. RNI CETP LIMS digitizes the information surrounding that operation—requests, pickup, sample identity, laboratory work, results, approvals, reports and management visibility.
Online sample requests, sample acceptance, unique sample IDs, barcode-based tracking and end-to-end sample status.
Pickup scheduling, route information, vehicle tracking, inward records, transporter workflows and chain of custody.
Daily meter entries, pipeline sample collection and digital registers for pipeline-linked operations.
Assignment, testing, result capture, work status, review and report generation through the LIMS workflow.
Audit trails, auto data logging, historical access and configurable regulatory-oriented reports.
Operational dashboards, sample summaries, status visibility, capacity views and alerts for management action.
The supplied RNI CETP presentation demonstrates dedicated dashboards and registers for laboratory, transport, vehicle, pipeline, bookings and reporting operations.

Nandesari Industries Association (NIA) operates a Common Effluent Treatment Plant in GIDC Nandesari. Its public information describes a CETP, analytical laboratory, hydrodynamic cavitation-based treatment approach and online monitoring initiatives. RNI's CETP solution is designed to provide the digital workflow and management layer around such operations.

Reference plant imagery from the public NIA CETP gallery. The image identifies the Nandesari Industries Association CETP and a stated consented capacity of 12 MLD.

The NIA gallery also documents its laboratory and treatment infrastructure. RNI CETP connects the operational data generated around these functions into one workflow.
Actual treatment trains differ by plant and effluent characteristics. The example below illustrates a simplified CETP journey; for NIA, public information describes hydrodynamic cavitation as part of its treatment approach.
Member industries generate and pre-treat effluent before it enters the common facility.
Plant-specific physical / chemical / biological processes treat the received effluent.
Laboratory results, operational records and monitoring information support decisions and reporting.
For independent background on CETPs, this IIT Roorkee case-study lecture provides an educational overview of CETP concepts, industrial effluent characteristics, pre-treatment, inlet standards and treatment considerations.
Use the video for treatment-process context; use the RNI CETP workflow above to understand how requests, transport, samples, laboratory work, reports and dashboards can be digitized around the plant.

RNI CETP is a CETP-focused digital management and LIMS solution covering online requests, sample tracking, transport, laboratory workflows, reporting, dashboards, alerts and audit trails.
RNI CETP automates the information and management workflows around the plant. Physical equipment automation, PLC/SCADA control and instrumentation integration should be evaluated and specified separately for each plant.
Yes. The supplied solution includes pickup scheduling, booking/token management, vehicle tracking/status, vehicle inward records, route information and chain-of-custody workflows.
Yes. The supplied CETP solution includes a Pipeline Register with daily meter entry and pipeline sample collection workflows.
Yes. The solution includes automated report generation and a Reports Center covering booking, discharge, billing, test records, sample registers and transporter-related reports.
Yes. RNI's platform approach is configurable around the customer's workflow. A site-specific requirement study can define sample types, parameters, reports, transport rules, approvals, dashboards and integrations.
Tell RNI about your CETP capacity, member industries, sample workflow, transport model and reporting requirements. We can map the right digital architecture for your operation.
